The registration for the Marine Renewables Canada (MRC) 2016 annual conference is now open.

The conference gathers industry, government, and researchers to discuss progress, challenges, and ways to advance Canada’s marine renewable energy industry.

The 2016 annual conference will focus on Canada’s successes, strengths, and opportunities for moving to the next phase of industry development and contributing to a low carbon economy, MRC informed.

Key features of the event will include:

  • Highlights on Canadian accomplishments and updates on progress by industry leaders.
  • Identification of market and supply chain opportunities.
  • Overview of innovative research and development initiatives.
  • Multiple networking opportunities to meet leaders and experts from business, government, and academia that will help build connections and support emerging industry needs

The event will be held on November 3-4, 2016, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
